One project, one customer, what changed.
Customer case study videos for manufacturers and contractors. One project, one customer, what changed, told by the customer instead of by you.

- Told by
- Your customer, on their own floor
- Film length
- About a minute and a half to four minutes
- Shoot
- One day on location
- Proof
- KPI Solutions, JD Paint Pros, Quality Workx
The strongest thing you can show a buyer.
A brand video is you saying you are good. A case study is your customer saying it, with the numbers, on their own floor. Buyers discount the first and believe the second.
It is a result rather than a claim.
What makes one work.
The customer on camera. Not your sales team describing the customer. The person who lived the project.
The before. What was broken, slow or risky before you showed up. Without it, the after means nothing.
The numbers, said out loud. Units a day, jobs won, time saved. Said by the customer, then put on screen.
No jargon. The person deciding often has never done what you do. If they cannot follow it, they default to price.
Your people too. The project manager or the operator who made it happen, briefly, in their own words.
Three that worked.
KPI Solutions. A warehouse automation case study filmed at LT Apparel, from 30,000 to 150,000 units a day at peak, with no jargon. A standing ovation at a national trade show and about 35,000 contacts reached by email.
JD Paint Pros. A residential painting company used a two minute case study to move into commercial contracts, and kept the jobs coming. Read the JD Paint Pros case study.
Quality Workx. A Burlington contractor turned a handful of shoot days into a library of more than fifty videos still bringing in work years later.
How we make one.
We help you choose the customer and make the ask. Then one shoot day on location: interviews of about twenty minutes each, no script, and the result filmed while it is working. Four to six weeks from first call to finished film for most projects, with two rounds of revisions included on most.
The same day produces cuts for the trade show booth, the sales follow up, the website and LinkedIn. More on what to do after the video is delivered.
Short version.
- A case study is your customer saying you are good, with numbers. Buyers believe it.
- Show the before, say the numbers out loud, cut the jargon.
- One shoot day on location, no script, about four to six weeks start to finish.
- The proof: KPI Solutions, JD Paint Pros, Quality Workx.

Questions we get asked.
Will our customer agree to be filmed?
More often than people expect, especially when the project made them look good too. We help you make the ask and film around their schedule.
How long is a case study video?
Ours run from about a minute and a half to four minutes, plus shorter cuts for social and sales.
Do we need a script?
No. Scripts make customers sound like they are reading. We ask questions and the answers come out in their own words.
Can we show real numbers?
Yes, and you should. The customer says them on camera, and we put them on screen.
How long does it take?
Four to six weeks from first call to finished film for most projects. The shoot is one day.
Plain answers, before you call.
