Information you give us. When you book a call through the calendar on this site, you give us your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your business and your project. We only collect what you choose to type in.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one collects basic technical information when you visit. That includes your general location, the pages you view, how long you stay, what site sent you here, and what kind of device and browser you are using. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Your reading list, kept on your device. The site remembers which articles and case studies you have opened so it can suggest what to read next. That list is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes it.

We do not collect payment information on this website. Invoicing is handled separately through Square.

To respond to you. If you book a call, we use your information to reply and to prepare for a conversation about your project.

To understand what people find useful. Analytics tells us which pages get read and which do not. That helps us write better ones.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking to be on one.

Cloudflare hosts this website.

Calendly runs the booking calendar and stores the details you enter when you book.

YouTube plays the films on this site, through its privacy enhanced mode, which does not set YouTube cookies until you press play.

Google provides Analytics and Search Console, which show us traffic and search performance.

Google Workspace handles our email, so any message you send us lives in an email inbox.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We may also disclose information if required by law.

This site uses cookies through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Booking details and emails stay in our calendar and inbox unless you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google's standard retention settings.

You can ask us to delete any information you have given us. Email dylan@withatwistmedia.com and we will take care of it.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add on Google provides for that purpose.

If we film or photograph you as part of a project, how that footage is used is governed by the production agreement for that project, not by this policy. We do not publish client footage without permission.

This site links to other websites, including client work on YouTube. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
