Your customer sees the result, not the work.
A dentist sees a denture that fits. A buyer sees a device that passed inspection. Neither sees the technician who spent years learning to get it right, the checks that catch a problem before it ships, or the equipment that makes the difference.
In a field built on precision, the precision is the story.
Inside Apex Dental Laboratory Group.
We filmed Apex Dental Laboratory Group, a lab that makes dentures and mouth guards: technicians at their benches, a 3D printer laying down a mouth guard behind an amber window, a technician at his CAD screen, and interviews in the conference room while the lab kept working. One shoot day, two cameras, no script.
A health beverage buyers already knew.
Naturally Nectar's founder, Ally Roberts, is a speech language pathologist who built a better thickened drink. Buyers knew the product and still did not buy. One event video closed the gap. Read the Naturally Nectar case study.
What we make for healthcare manufacturers.
Capability and quality films. The process and the checks, shown so a buyer who is not an engineer still trusts them.
Customer stories. A dentist, a clinician or a distributor saying why they keep ordering.
Recruiting video. For technicians and skilled operators who are hard to find.
Training video. Procedures filmed in your own lab, so new hires recognize where they are.
Filming in a regulated space.
Gowning, clean areas and lab rules apply to us the same as everyone else, and they get sorted before shoot day. No patient information goes on camera, screens get checked before we roll, and nothing is published without your approval. More on why your buyer can't follow what you do.

Questions we get asked.
Can you film in a lab or a clean area?
Yes. Gowning and lab rules apply to us the same as everyone else, and they are sorted before shoot day.
How do you protect patient privacy?
No patient information goes on camera. Screens and paperwork get checked before we roll, and nothing is published without your approval.
Will filming slow the lab down?
No. Interviews take about twenty minutes each, and everything else is filming the work while it happens.
Can you film CAD work and 3D printing?
Yes. We filmed both at Apex Dental Laboratory Group, including a printer laying down a mouth guard.
